High School Planning Forms

  • Consider planning your school year ahead of time. It keeps everyone on track.

  • Use a curriculum planning blank to help narrow down your curriculum choices. You can't study everything at the same time!

  • As of the 2011-2012 school year, I am requiring a completed portfolio plan
form to be included in all high school portfolios.

  • A good friend of mine mocked up her family's daily schedule on an Excel spreadsheet. The best part? Each time chunk is the size of 1"x2" post-it notes! You can add, subtract, and move things around with ease.

  • Extra activities add up quickly. Hold your high schooler accountable for setting up a weekly schedule. Discuss carpools and household responsibilities... Install some margin!

  • I use a blank report card to give feeback and hold my student accountable.

I do retain ownership of these works, but feel free
to use them for your own personal and/or educational use(s).
